Notifications in your web browser (Chrome, Edge and Firefox)

If you use the teamSOS web app, allow notifications in your browser so you see alerts as they happen. Start by going to app.teamsos.co.uk, then follow the steps for your browser.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the padlock icon (or Not secure) to the left of the web address.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Under Permissions, find Notifications and set it to Allow.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the padlock icon (or Not secure) to the left of the web address.
  2. Select Permissions.
  3. Under Notifications, turn on Ask before sending (recommended).

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the padlock icon (or Not secure) to the left of the web address.
  2. Select More information (or View page info).
  3. Click Permissions.
  4. Under Notifications, choose Allow.

Once notifications are allowed, you'll start receiving them as long as they're also turned on within teamSOS. To change how long notifications stay on screen in Windows, see Adjusting notification display time in Windows.
