# SSO, Entra sync and Intune
**For IT.** You only need these if your school uses them.
Single sign-on (SSO)
Let staff sign in to teamSOS with their existing school accounts.

Syncing users with Microsoft Entra (Active Directory)
teamSOS can sync with your Microsoft Entra directory (formerly Azure AD) so your user list stays up to date automatically: new starters appear, leavers are removed, and staff can sign in with the credentials they already use. Deploying with Intune
Intune deployment uses the setup command generated in step 5 of the [Onboarding Wizard](https://146514716.hs-sites-eu1.com/en/hubspot.teamsos.co.uk/onboarding-wizard?hsLang=en), which builds the Win32 app, install and uninstall commands, and detection rule for you. If a deployment doesn't behave as expected, the [Desktop Alerts Troubleshooting guide (pdf)](https://help.teamsos.co.uk/hubfs/teamSOS_Desktop_Alerts_Troubleshooting.pdf?hsLang=en) covers this in its Intune deployments section, including log file locations and common fixes.
