# Firewall and filtering setup

**For IT.** If your school’s firewall or web filter blocks teamSOS, alerts and the app won’t work reliably. This guide lists the websites, ports and protocols teamSOS needs, including push notifications, audio streaming on mobile, and Microsoft Entra and Intune.

Use it when setting up teamSOS, or when alerts or the app aren’t working on your network.
