Notifications and Critical Alerts on iPhone and iPad

Turn on teamSOS notifications on each iPhone or iPad, then turn on Critical Alerts so urgent alerts always get through.

Turn on notifications

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap Notifications.
3. Find and tap the teamSOS app.
4. Turn on Allow Notifications.

Turn on Critical Alerts

Critical Alerts bypass silent mode and Do Not Disturb, so urgent teamSOS alerts always get through, even when a device is set to silent. They are turned on individually on each user's own device, and apply to both teamSOS Lockdown and teamSOS Enterprise.
