Logging in to teamSOS

For all staff. To log in, enter your email address and password on the teamSOS login page.

Forgotten your password?

  1. Click Help on the login page.
  2. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

If your school uses single sign-on (SSO), you may need to ask your school Administrator to reset it instead.

Email address not recognised?

This usually means you haven't been invited to teamSOS yet. Ask the Administrator at your school or organisation to send you an invitation.

Note: because of GDPR and data privacy rules, teamSOS can't add users directly. Only your Administrator can give you access.

If your school uses SSO

If your school has single sign-on (SSO) turned on, you may be taken to a Microsoft or Google login page. Sign in with your usual school account. If you have problems, contact your school Administrator.

Users who haven't logged in yet

Administrators can send reminders to staff who haven't logged in. See How do I prompt users to log in?
