Additional settings and your OrgID

Additional settings let you customise your teamSOS system to suit your organisation’s specific needs and workflows.

You'll find these in the web app under Admin > Configuration > Additional Settings.

SOS Response Team

While setting up an incident type, you can choose to redirect the incident to the SOS Response Team if the assigned team does not respond. This setting lets you choose which Response Team receives the redirected incident.

Announcement settings

Assign sounds to each type of announcement (urgent or non-urgent) and set a delay before email notifications are sent.

Timetable configuration

teamSOS can align with your existing timetable setup, so it accurately reflects your school's internal schedule.

Finding your OrgID

Your OrgID appears at the top of the Additional Settings screen. Click the Copy button next to it to copy it.

Tip: you need your OrgID to complete the installation process, so keep it handy.
