# Users missing from Group lists

**For admins.** If a user does not appear in the Group lists, it usually means they **haven’t logged into teamSOS yet** and do not have an active account.

- You can edit their details via **Admin \> Users \> Manage Users**.
- They **will not appear in the Responders list** until they have successfully logged in for the first time.
